We believe food should always be available to everyone.
Emeryville Citizens Assistance Program's mission is to provide food, care and compassion to those in need in Emeryville, California and the surrounding Bay Area communities. ECAP serves approximately 300 families/individuals daily, 6 days a week.
OUR PROGRAMS
ECAP FOOD DISTRIBUTION
Monday – Saturday 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Come down to ECAP’s famers market style distribution center. You will find wholesome food for the family, household items and furnishings for your home. ECAP serves those in need in Emeryville and surrounding communities.
HOMELESS OUTREACH
Distributing Meals to Homeless Encampments
ECAP prepares plate dinners that are delivered to approximately 26 homeless encampments along the I-80 and I-880 corridors.
USDA TEMPORARY EMERGENCY FOOD PROGRAM (TEFAP)
3rd Saturday of each month 12:00pm to 4:00pm

Emeryville Citizens Assistance Program assists individuals by connecting them with the local agencies that can help with their specific needs. We provide referrals and counseling for people who need guidance, housing, jobs, or emergency assistance.
